Saffron Milk (Golden Milk)
Ingredients:
  • 500ml whole milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon saffron threads
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

 

Instructions:

1. Infuse the saffron: Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the saffron threads and stir.

2. Add flavors: Add turmeric, cardamom, and honey to the milk. Stir well.

3. Simmer: Simmer for 5 minutes until fragrant and warm.

4. Serve: Pour into cups and serve hot, garnished with a pinch of saffron or chopped nuts.
