Ingredients:
- 3–4 saffron threads
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
- 1 slice of lemon (optional)
Instructions:
- Boil the water: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Infuse the saffron: Add the saffron threads to the boiling water. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5–10 minutes until the water turns a golden-yellow color.
- Sweeten the tea: Add honey or sugar if desired and stir until dissolved.
