Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. 2- Receive Confirmation: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  3. 3- Ship the Product: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

Refunds

  • • Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • • Partial Refunds: If the product is returned damaged or incomplete, only a partial refund may be issued.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product: We may share your data with trusted third parties, such as:

  • • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • • After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to restocking fees if the order has already been processed.
