Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
- • Europe: All EU member states, the United Kingdom, and select non-EU countries.
- • Global: United States, Canada, Australia, Asia, and select countries.
Processing Time
- • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- • Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays) or for bulk orders.
Delivery Time
- • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within Europe, 7–14 business days for international destinations.
- • Expedited Shipping: Available for select regions. Estimated delivery times and costs will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Fees
- • Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50.
- • Standard Rates: For orders below €50, flat shipping fees apply based on the destination and weight of the package. Fees are displayed during checkout.
Tracking Information
All orders are shipped with tracking services. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Customsand Duties
- • Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as per local regulations.
- • Customers are responsible for any such charges. Spice Cosmos is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.
Shipping Restrictions
- • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
- • Certain regions may have restrictions on importing saffron. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import regulations.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged:
- • Delayed Orders: Contact us at shipping@spicecosmos.com with your order number and tracking details.
- • Lost or Damaged Orders: Notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund, if applicable.
Changes to Orders
- • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
- • Changes after dispatch may incur additional fees or delays.
Non-Delivery Policy
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment:
- • Reshipping: Customers may request reshipping, subject to additional fees.
- • Refunds: A refund will be issued minus shipping costs, provided the product is unopened and undamaged.
