Saffron Ginger Tea
Ingredients:
  • 3–4 saffron threads
  • 2 cups water
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • 1 slice of lemon (optional)

 

Instructions:
  1. Boil the water: Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add saffron and ginger: Add the saffron threads and ginger slices. Simmer for 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  3. Sweeten and garnish: Remove from heat, add honey or sugar, and stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon if desired.
  4. Serve: Strain the tea into cups and enjoy the warming, spicy tea.
